We like to stand on the site with our clients before starting a project: to feel the landscape and show our clients a vision for their residence in its natural setting. By walking the location beforehand we can envision the blend of function and form to shape optimal design. Our experience with innovative construction features or details provides us with a better understanding of costs for unique custom features and enables us to envision how they will be built during design which means we can provide a more accurate estimate up front. Changes made after the design is finalized typically have more significant impacts to cost and schedule than changes made in the design process which is why we spend a significant amount of time up front in the design phase with our clients.

Finally, we take into account each aspect of the project; including design, to ensure all aspects of the project are scheduled and move at a reasonable pace.

We ensure that we understand, establish and manage expectations of budget, schedule and design/build.We also we maintain a Detailed and Transparent Budget and Scheduling process. This includes Monthly and Quarterly client meetings to provide updates on budget and schedule. We operate on a 100% open-book basis. Every bid, invoice and receipt is available for our clients to review at any time.

We are a small company with owner-operated dedicated service. We are passionate about exemplary design concepts and construction techniques that reflect our client’s intention. As the client, you have our undivided attention and the detail-oriented eye that comes with taking pride in everything we produce. 4. Warranty and Service Policy

  • Travelers’ guarantee – 2-5-10 Year Home Warranty. (2 years on fit and finish / 5 years on building envelope / 10 years on structure).
  • We will return your calls within a 24-hour period. Weather permitting, we will have the agreed-upon service work completed within a three-week timeframe.
